Ficus Tigerbark is found natively through tropical Asia. They make an excellent indoor bonsai. Ficus Retusa develops “stripes” on the older bark in a very bright area, giving them the common name “ Ficus Willow.” Leaves are oblong and relatively small, about an inch long. With adequate humidity, these ficusses will flush aerial roots all along the branches and trunk. They require little sunlight and watering, making them excellent for beginner bonsai enthusiasts.
